Not completely satisfied? No worries, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How it works:
- Register your return through our returns portal or by email
- Pack the jewellery unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging
- Send it back to us with tracked shipping
Costs & Refund
Should there be any issue with your item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you need a return label, we can send one to your email; the cost will be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving your return.
What cannot be returned?
Worn or damaged items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalised products, items without original packaging and sale items, unless they have a proven defect.
