Returns & Exchanges

Not completely happy with your order?

If you’re not happy with your order, you can easily request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to return your item:

1. Register your return

You can register your return conveniently via our return portal on the website or by contacting us via email.

2. Return label (optional – only for returns from Switzerland or Liechtenstein)

We do not include a return label. If you need one, we’ll gladly provide you with a digital return label via email upon request. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Prepare your return shipment

Please pack the jewellery securely in the original packaging. Items must be in their original condition. Returns must be shipped with tracking.

4. Costs

Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties and import fees, are your responsibility – unless the item is faulty. Please use tracked shipping, as Cosytas does not take responsibility for lost return parcels. Keep your tracking number until your return has been confirmed.

What return reasons do we accept?

  • You received an incorrect or faulty product
  • The jewellery is unworn and undamaged

What is excluded from returns?

  • Jewellery that has been visibly worn
  • Jewellery damaged after delivery
  • Earrings (excluded for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted items are excluded from returns unless faulty

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refund or exchange

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any applicable shipping fees) or send you a replacement item. Refunds are issued in CHF; exchange rate differences are not compensated.

Important notes:

  • The item must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging
  • Personalised or discounted items can only be returned in case of defects
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 days after receipt of the returned item by Cosytas. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional days until the amount appears in your account
  • Cosytas is not liable for lost return shipments
