Refund policy
These provisions summarise returns and withdrawal. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are authoritative, in particular section 9 (voluntary right of return) and section 10 (statutory right of withdrawal for the EU and Liechtenstein).

1. Voluntary right of return (all delivery regions)
Cosytas grants a voluntary right of return of 14 calendar days from delivery in all delivery regions. The following conditions apply to a return:
- The return is registered in advance via the returns portal or by e-mail to info@cosytas.com. Returns that have not been registered may be refused.
- The items are unworn, undamaged and complete in their original packaging (including pouch, case and cards).
- The return is sent with tracking and from the country to which the goods were delivered.
Excluded from the voluntary right of return are personalised or custom-made items and reduced-price items.
2. Return costs
The customer arranges the return themselves and bears its costs, except in the case of an incorrect delivery (e.g. wrong or damaged item). Cosytas is not liable for the loss of uninsured returns in transit. The tracking number must be kept until the refund has been made.
In exceptional cases, Cosytas may assist with arranging the return by prior agreement. The costs incurred in doing so are deducted from the refund amount.
EU and USA: The return crosses a customs border into Switzerland. In addition to postage, the customer bears the customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance and handling fees incurred on the return. The shipment must be declared as a return (returned goods) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Costs that Cosytas has to pay on the import of the return are deducted from the refund amount. Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer on delivery of the goods are not payments to Cosytas and are not refunded by Cosytas.
Liechtenstein: Returns from Liechtenstein do not cross a customs border.
3. Refund
The refund is generally made within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the goods, using the payment method originally used. An exchange is possible by agreement, provided the requested item is available. Information on the status of the return is provided by e-mail. Items that do not meet the conditions will be sent back at the customer's request and expense.
4. Transport damage and incorrect deliveries
Visible transport damage and missing or wrong items must be reported to info@cosytas.com with a photo within 3 calendar days of delivery. This does not affect statutory rights. Section 11 of the GTC applies to defects.
5. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU and Liechtenstein only)
Private customers resident in a member state of the European Union or in Liechtenstein additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Insofar as the statutory right of withdrawal is more favourable to them, it takes precedence over the voluntary right of return.
The instructions on withdrawal in section 10 of the GTC are authoritative. Withdrawal can be declared by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter or an e-mail to info@cosytas.com). The model withdrawal form is available at www.cosytas.com/en/pages/withdrawal-form; its use is not obligatory.
For private customers resident in Switzerland or the USA, only the voluntary right of return under section 1 applies.
