Refund policy

If a return or exchange is requested, Cosytas offers a straightforward solution within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be in unworn and undamaged condition

• Items must be returned in their complete original packaging (including pouch, box, cards, etc.)

• The return must be made within 14 days of delivery

• The return must be registered in advance (via the return portal or by email)

• The return must be sent with tracking (shipment tracking required)

• Returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally delivered


2. Items Excluded from Return

• Worn earrings (for hygienic reasons)

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Reduced or sale items

• Products without complete original packaging

• Items that arrived damaged but were not reported to Cosytas within 3 days of delivery, including a photo as proof. After this period, the goods are considered accepted.

• Returns that were sent without prior notice or contact with Cosytas


3. Return Shipping & Costs

• Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Cosytas (e.g. wrong item, incorrect size, damaged product)

• Returns must be shipped with tracking

• Cosytas is not responsible for returns lost in transit. The tracking number must be kept until the refund is confirmed


4. Returns from Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• Upon request, a digital return label can be provided by email. The associated cost will be deducted from the refund amount


5. International Returns

• Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered

• Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and must be covered by the customer

• Upon request, Cosytas can assist in organizing a return. This service is non-binding and without guarantee


6. Refund or Exchange

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a replacement item will be sent

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method

• The refund process usually takes 7 to 14 business days after receipt of the return

• All steps will be communicated via email


7. Non-Accepted Returns

Cosytas reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer upon request or properly disposed of by Cosytas.
