Shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein
We lovingly ship your order directly from Switzerland – carefully packaged, reliably delivered and with tracking all the way to your home.
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
Shipping options for Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
A-Post Plus
– Delivery from Monday to Saturday
– Delivered directly to your mailbox (no signature required)
– Tracking included
A-Post Signature
– Delivery from Monday to Friday
– Personal delivery with signature or delivery authorization
– Tracking included
Delivery time:
Usually 1–2 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Once the package is on its way, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the current location and status of your shipment at any time – from order to delivery.
Important notes:
Once your shipment is marked as “delivered” in the tracking, we consider the order completed. If your parcel cannot be found, please contact Swiss Post directly – we’re happy to support you if needed.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information or non-collection, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped directly from Switzerland. We currently deliver to all EU countries and the USA – more countries to follow. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us – we’ll find a solution together.
Shipping options for EU countries:
– FedEx / DHL International Economy (3–5 business days): 17 EUR
– FedEx / DHL International Priority (2–4 business days): 22 EUR
– Free shipping from 150 EUR order value
Shipping options for USA:
– FedEx / DHL International Economy (3–5 business days): 20 USD
– FedEx / DHL International Priority (2–4 business days): 25 USD

Delivery time:
Your order is usually processed within 24 hours. Depending on the selected shipping option, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Once your package is on the way, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the status and location of your shipment – from order to delivery.
Important notes:
For international deliveries, Cosytas covers all customs duties and import taxes. You only pay the total shown at checkout – no additional fees upon delivery.
This applies only to countries indicated as such at checkout.
We make sure your shipment is declared correctly and completely to pass customs smoothly. In rare cases, delays may occur due to local authorities or customs. If you have any questions or need help with tracking, we’re happy to assist.
