Shipping Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We ship your order with great care directly from Switzerland, carefully packaged, reliably delivered and with tracking right to your door. Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is free of charge.

A-Post Plus: free
Delivery Monday to Saturday, directly to your letterbox, no signature required. Tracking included.

A-Post Signature: free
Delivery Monday to Friday, personal handover against signature or with delivery authorisation. Tracking included.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. From the shipping confirmation, delivery takes place the next business day. You will therefore receive your order within a maximum of 3 days. Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that during public holidays or peak season, processing and delivery times may be longer.

Once your shipment is marked as "delivered" in the tracking, the order is considered complete. If a package cannot be located, please contact Swiss Post directly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, the customer will bear the costs of reshipping. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
