Withdrawal form (EU and Liechtenstein)

Private customers resident in the EU or in Liechtenstein have a statutory right of withdrawal under section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.

The easiest way to declare your withdrawal is online via our form Withdraw from contract.

You can also declare your withdrawal by e-mail to info@cosytas.com or by letter. For this purpose, you may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

For orders delivered to Switzerland or the USA, the voluntary right of return under section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions applies.
